Patient Information Overview
The Patient Information screen is used to add a new patient or edit existing ones. The registration screen holds all the patients' demographic, guarantor, insurance, diagnosis, marketing and doctor information. It also holds all the patient notes, clinical notes, patient invoices, and scheduling information. To move from tab to tab in this screen, use the mouse to click the desired tab, or hit the ALT key and the underlined letter to jump to that section.
