Each user has an ID and a Password. There are many levels of users. The main user (Office Manager) would have access to all menus, including the General Ledger. Billing Personnel and Scheduling staff might have access only to Bill/Coll, and accounts payable staff would only have access to Payables.
To set-up users and passwords, click on the Password File Maintenance Screen in the MedFlex Menu. The access level is what determines the menu options for each user. More than likely, these levels of access will need to be edited for each user.
