User-Defined Letters

There are some pre-written form letters that are very easy to use.  Typically, after selecting the letter using Letter ID field, the only information needed is the Invoice Number.  The question: "Keep the full text in Patient Notes?" Means that if answered No, only the date printed will appear in the Patient Notes.  If answered yes, the entire letter will appear in the patient notes.  (This applies only if the letter has a note type specified check Letters, Maintenance).
