Patient Marketing/Diagnosis Information
The Marketing/DX Tab includes the Referral Source, Disability Type, Diagnosis, and Salesman information. Each one of these fields has the F4 function to pull up the look-up table. On each one of these look-up tables, there is a "New" button to add a new item or edit an existing one.
