Security and Password File Maintenance

Each user should be set up with a username and a password. Access levels are set up to define which functions each user is allowed to perform. Here are some examples of commonly-used Access Levels. Please keep in mind that Access Levels can be combined to meet each user's needs.
Access Level A:
All Menus
Access Level C:
Bill/Coll
Work in Progress
Some Reports
Patient Information/Registration
Scheduling
Access Level P:
Purchasing
Access Level R:
Scheduling
Patient Information/Registration
In addition to security of the menu items, note types can also be marked confidential. Only those users with the access level of A can enter, edit or review notes that are marked confidential.
